  7. We are doing our project on Oh My Zsh. We chose this project because two of our members use Oh My Zsh on a daily basis. We believe that this is a fun project that many people would enjoy using and contributing to.

  9. Oh My Zsh is an open-source, community-driven framework for managing Zsh configuration. It includes many functions, helpers, plugins, and themes.

  23. We believe that the easy part of this project would be to run the git analytic tools and explore the projects communication methods.
  24. # Hard Parts
  25. The hardest part of this project would probably ironically be coordinating
  26. schedules so that we can work on this together.
  27. # Milestones
  28. To make sure that we hit all the deadlines, we are breaking this down into two sprints.
  29. ## Sprint 1
  30. We are placing the timeline for this sprint to be march 18th. During
  31. this sprint we want to do the following:
  32. - run git analytics
  33. - explore the project to find all their mailing lists, chat channels , etc
  34. ## Sprint 2
  35. The second sprint will be due at the same time the final submission for this project is due-- march 25th.
  36. This sprint will comprise of:
  37. - final blog post with a full report
  38. - making a presentation
